Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

The weekend after Colorado Springs, I drove down once again to hit Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. I heard good things about this zoo, you were even given $1 back when you first walked inside in order to donate to a cause of your choice using the 4 quarters they gave back to you.

My favorite part was feeding the giraffes, but I also very much enjoyed the Lion exhibit. The little meerkats were so funny to watch as well, and seeing America’s bird topped it off!
