Mount Rosa

Finally getting around to filling in on all the adventures I took while I interned at DigitalGlobe last summer. My first weekend was a bummer as it rained the entire time, but my second weekend in Colorado was much better since my siblings flew in and we were able to hit Colorado Springs, with our first stop being our very first hike in Colorado – Mount Rosa!

We did not expect it to be as difficult as it was, the elevation was tough, as was the incline to the mountain. But we made it! It was after this hike that I realized I would be spending a good portion of my time in Colorado to go on hikes and and other outdoor adventures.
